Just a smalll annoyance here but hoping to find out the cause.
On SimCity 4: Rush Hour, on my ATI Radeon HD 3650 (Laptop edition so 256MB), when I set the rendering to hardware, I get some graphical corruption regardless of the quality settings on certain effects.
Eg. Planting trees or demolishing buildings.
It's a bit like it's being interlaced with a plain black frame at areas that are changing on the screen. It doesn't happen when I set it to software rendering, so I normally just switch it to that, but it gets a little slower at times.
I doubt it's a specs issue as my old Geforce 5200, and the Geforce 5650 (5200 was a desktop, 5650 was a laptop) didn't have the same problems.
It's not just my 3650, the same thing happens on my brothers laptop (same graphics card, less everything else).
