Sadly I do not think you will find anyone at all to play CTP here since this site seems to be an anti CTP site...You may have more luck at finding someone to play at apolyton.

Yeah you should try it at Apolyton the Civ CTP MP section is still alive there. I guess the people here never really build an empire, than they would know how good PW is in comparision to Civ1/2/3.
