[R&F] Anyone willing to help with a Post-Apocalyptic Mod?

I just decided to post this separately because I sort of flooded the last thread with info. If you are interested in what you see in the "Ruin to Rebirth" thread please let me know. It is a overhaul post-apocalyptic mod with a TSL map as well as random generated maps and takes place in the middle section of North America after a global war destroys the country(s). I have little modding experience but am looking for help/to learn.

Shame this didn't progress..

All those apocalyptic graphics in Civ6 Red Death mode could save a chunk of time off making a post apocalyptic Fallout like wasteland mod for Civ6. I noticed DirtyCarie started working on a Civ6 Fallout mod and misterjoshua started working on a similar Apocalyptic mod idea too but they didn't get far either sadly.
