It was something I was working on for a while until I posted it here. One day I was like "I'm going to devise a strategy to beat deity 100% of the time without technically cheating"

Obviously a great advantage, but I'm pretty sure an above average start on immortal will still be easier. This kind of cooked deity map will still be a challenge for many Civ 5 players.
