I grabbed this off of another site. It is an avi of the AoK Teutonic Knight walking, all directions. Sombody out there should be able to take this image and run with it.

The image appears to be VERY dark on my screen...can you change the contrast or brightness?
 
Here is the South view in Civ3 animation.

If anyone can grab the other avi for this unit I can convert them into Civ3 animation. ;)

Hmm, I have a bunch of BMP for camel rider (not as avi, bit all BMP's)

I should be able to convert some of those BMPs into Civ3 animation with a little tweak (or none at all if they are in good sequence ;) ).
 
Here it is, but Aok units luck some directions, they are just using mirror reflection fo them

Ok, got the BMP and they looks just fit for Civ3 units, ;)

By the way, whatever program you used to extract those files, those that started with S & U are shadow & Mask which is not needed for the creation of Civ3 flc. :)

Unfortunately alot of game designer took the easier way out. :p

Age of Empire series is one of them. Even Ultima Online uses mirror images instead of full 8 directions. This basically save them on 3 directions (SW from SE, NW for NE & W from E) which could mean alot of disk space on the installation CD and your HD for a game that is heavy on animation (UO animations are downloaded as patches once in a while so smaller IS of course better :D ).
