    As I think about it, the only sensible thing to do with REGIA CIVITAS after building Mike's, is to build a Settler. That way, the Celebration will continue for centuries. Marco's, RC Settler, the Caravans and Diplomats are all interrelated. Several pros and cons have been posted in Turn 500AD, please review that. Lets vote and discuss further here.

    RC: Mike's 350/400 in 1 w Caravan, Scientist
      Trade=23 tax=7 beakers=28 prod=7
    Elysium: Marketplace 0/80 in 14. Needs irrigation desperately. Courthouse, 24.Trade & 3.Corruption. 7.Gold + 50.Beakers + 6.Shields. Serfs on Gems Silk Whale and Road. 2 Red + 2 Black, Temple & 3 guards.

    TFalls: Diplomat 28/30 in 1, or switch to Caravan?
      If Dip, rehome in LN? guard Elysium & CJ.
    Civvium: Crusaders 0/40 in 8. Grows in 2, good!
      Needs another Road desperately,
      supports a Trireme, rehome Crusaders in TFalls.
    Bedfont Lakes: Caravan 5/50 in 9
      Could use Civ Road now to grow a bit?
    Little Nemo: Settler 22/40 in 6
    Gabba Gabba: Caravan 25/50 in 5
      Could use LN Road, Irrigation, Harbor to grow?
    Beast Flats: Diplomat 22/30 in 3, grows in 2.
      Needs helper Settler to avoid Food=0

    Why is penguin flats building a diplomat?
    Wouldnt a defensive unit/settler/temple be better for the city as it is so far south?
    Or is it to stop the persians from getting us?

    PF already has a Phx Guard, then it built a Warrior to explore the pole. You see before it got more than a mile it met a Persian Elephant, first Contact. Anyway, all solitary cities need a Dip guard, and since I don't trust a Persian as far as I can throw him, I think we could buy that Elephant before it disappears.

    The Warrior it is building is a repeat. After Dip, perhaps a Settler? Or Explorer and disband the Warrior? No cities need Temples anymore, for quite a while.

    There are Very Few Voters. I voted so:

    The None Settler will soon complete the RC Forest. We could bring it over to irrigate Elysium, N of the Silk. This will be the same benefit to Elysium as a Harbor, 1 Food, grows in 20. Enough time to build a MarketPlace, then ... maybe a Granary. Not sure, the Celebration may rescue growth earlier.

    The important vote that is prevailing is the RC Settler. Other items are decided, some vary wildly.
