    It will be best to have a clear idea of the mission of each Diplomat we build. While we need many, all other production could best serve us as Settlers and Caravans. The Neuma, Fort Anarchy and GG Caravans are not enough to build Marco Polo.

      IPRB=10 $6 is required. Then Mike's!
      Then another Diplomat, stalling for Marco caravans?
    TFalls: Diplomat 16/30 in 5. Grows in 24,
      but actually merely 5 turns after Mike's!
    Little Nemo: Settler 9/40 in 10, IPRB $2 Right Now.
      serfs stay on Road Plains. Grows in 4, needs Elvis 1 turn.
    Civvium: Forest Serf to Road, so Dip 7/30 in 4
      or better yet, build a Caravan?
    Gabba Gabba: Caravan 3/50 in 9.
      Serf back to Forest, Mike's Science is fine.
      Needs IPRB for Marco's! also NEXT BFL Caravan?
      Needs Irrigation, ready to grow. Ditto all cities.
    Beast Flats: Forest serf to ocean, Diplomat 10/30 in 7
      Rehome Dip in GG, in case we loose Beast Flats.
    Penguin Flats: Warrior 3/10 in 3? To Explore the pole, right?
      Grows in 2, Phx steps S for a few turns.

    Aonia is building 3 Diplomats + Beast Flats. The RC Dip is required for Mike's. It will camp on the Forest Road NW of BFL, to guard our capital and 4 other cities. The TFalls Dip will be a useful guard, stationed near GG. Civvium thus can be a Caravan, unless we want a Captain for the Trireme you see S of TFalls. The Dip you see near GG was build by Beast Flats, and will rehome in GG and go board the LC Trireme.

    LC can build a guard Dip for that sector. Dellham and Ren are both building Dips, which may prove useful to guard that NW Chryshe area. We have one Dip on the Viking Island, and one Dip to resolve the Barb Legions. As downloaded, both Mord and Ebor are building Diplomats. Both may be overkill, and one may need to be Rush Bought. The Northern Province cities need to be building Settlers.

    I like the exploration being done by the trireme in the south but....
    Beast and Penguin are basically on their own now, we can send no help whatsoever: no unit no diplo nothing without a trireme nearby! In other words we are taking a risk and we should be aware of that. Ideally we should build another trireme to function as a ferry between the mainland and the islands down there.

    That's a good point civ1. We don't really have enough triremes. It appears that ships will be an important part of this game. We have not yet made seapower a priority. Perhaps one solution will be to acquire the Lighthouse from the Vikings ? .....

    I voted for all of my recommendations.

    TFalls: Diplomat in 5, then Caravan.
    Civvium: Forest serf to road, then Salt Caravan,
      We must avoid being overwhelmed by the need for Dips.
    Gabba Gabba: ocean serf: to Forest, Caravan in 9.
    Beast Flats: Forest serf to ocean, Dip in 7.
    Penguin Flats: Warrior in 3, then Dip? Settler?

    Civ1 is right about the Dip guards, MonkE is right about the LightHouse, and Rout is right about the need for Settlers. If we could have everything we want at once, this wouldn't be the Game we Love, eh?
