apollo program

i have finished the apollo program and have built all 10 parts like the ss casing ect but now i cant figure out how to launch it
can anyone tell me how to

You probably havent build all of them couse, if you did you would have no other choice but to launch the rocket.......or you have disabled the space race victory.........or its a BUG.......

If you have played over the last finishing date (2050 AD), you can't lauch the spaceship, because your game has already ended for scoring purposes.
