Ara Achievements

As you can see I have managed to get 38 of the 45 achievements. Some I have missed will simply take time (defeating 100 nations for instance). But there are three that I don't even know how to achieve them.
1. The Hidden Achievement is But Can I Pet the Dog? Is that done simply by chance, say a 1 in a 100 chance that a scout will pet the wolf rather than hunting it? Or is there some other secret?
2. Obtaining Michelangelo, Donatello, Leonardo and Raphael seems unachievable in a single game, as I have never gotten a single artist in the many dozens of paragons I have recruited.
3. Increase Prestige by 3 or More Ranks in a Single turn. I am not even sure of what a rank of prestige is.

Any advice you can offer would be much appreciated. I will be happy to answer questions on some that I have achieved that you may have missed.

#3 I understood that you have to jump three other players in one turn in the rankings. I have not managed to do that, though. For the first one I also have no idea what it means. It seems that 4.4% of the players have managed that achievement so it must at least be possible.

#1 is you, the player, finding a dog walking around the city paths and clicking the dog. Might take a while to find one and have to zoom very close to see a dog among the people. I think Act 2 would be best time to try, dense but no skyscrapers to block your view

Thanks! This actually worked in Act 1. After completing a wonder I zoomed in and saw a couple of dogs wandering around. I clicked on one and the Achievement was shown immediately.

This one didn't work. I completed a wonder and settled a city on the same turn. I actually jumped past four other nations in the rankings in that one turn. But it didn't trigger the Achievement.

A wild guess, but you know the tiers the ranking have? I think you have to increase your tier (not just rank) by 3. Basically go from "risk of being culled" tier to top tier... that sounds painful though... and not even possible on small enough map or not enough other nations

Oh and the only time I got Leonardo was as a Engineer. #2 does seem impossible. Maybe on creative difficulty? idk...

I really have no idea how to get the "Slow and Steady Wins the Race" achievement. I thought maybe you had to jump from Forgettable all the way up to Triumphant in a single turn. After 3 or 4 false starts I finally managed to do just that, jumping three full tiers in the rankings. And I still didn't get the Achievement. I give up.

After 3 or 4 false starts I finally managed to do just that, jumping three full tiers in the rankings. And I still didn't get the Achievement. I give up.

I got that achievement today but I don't know why. It was early in the game, I had three cities. Maybe all of them jumped one rank in the same turn? The problem is that the game did not tell me that I got an achievement.

Evidently the new software update solved the problem I was having with this achievement. On a hunch I reloaded my save that had failed a few weeks ago. But this time the Achievement popped up right away. So it is true that you must jump three full tiers in the rankings, from Forgettable all the way up to Triumphant in a single turn. I now have 40 of the 45 ARA Achievements.

After several attempts I finally won "You're Taller Than I Thought", winning a game at Emperor level. I cheated a bit by playing with only one opponent. But it still seems almost impossible to gain an advantage with prestige. So I resorted to good old-fashioned military aggression. Xerxes was a good choice, as his bonus for war chariots is really helpful. But I had to also get a few catapults to take down Leopold's walls before we got to the second act, which would have eliminated me as Forgettable in prestige.
