Architecture

That was my wish too but after seeing screenshots which looked like future era buildings, I don't know.

We know we're getting future buildings - the question is whether these count as a new set of buildings. I'd guess not, as it's just an era progression that everyone gets.

Quintessential India? For maybe the last couple of centuries.

I'm kinda sick of seeing the Mughal palace style. Four Civs and many City-States have it.

For me the issue is mainly that India shares its style with Persia and Arabia but not with SE Asia, which makes no sense to me. I certainly prefer having an SE Asian style to doing what Civ IV and V did and having the same 'Asian' style for everyone, but India is not closer architecturally to Arabia than Cambodia. If you want a Mughal style for India alone, by all means have one and give the other civs more appropriate styles for themselves. Though I'd prefer just using the SE Asian set for India.

I don't want a Mughal style for India though. I'm on your side....I think you replied to the wrong person.

Also, it seems like the Inca use the same city architecture as the Aztecs.
