I recommend that this position be taken by somebody who wishes to be the Headmaster of The Academy. The two jobs are strongly tied together for the updates and one person can do both with less work than two people doing them separately.

Pending approval of BCLG100, Shabbaman is the new Character Stats Manager.

The RPG Managers have also approved the addition of the POWDERS skill with Rifle, Pistol and Charges subskills. Each current character will receive 2 Main Skill points and 5 subskill points to distribute among their skills. You can only apply one Main Skill point to any skill except POWDERS (which may have both points) and no more than 2 Subskill points to any subskill (except the new ones, where any number of points may be applied to any subskill). New characters will now have 12 Main Skill Points and 35 Subskill points to apply to their stats.
