the right wingers on this forum seem to be out to drive left wingers into a feeling of guilt and shame by constanty complaining about how bad they treat them.

is all this whining part of a great masterplan?
are right wingers manipulative bastards who want to drive us all to suicide?

its a first step on these forums on a long road towards true equality for right-ward thinking members of the community. guilt is just a necessary part of that, hopefully in a few hundred years we will get a proper apology.

It's those dirty, cross-dressing centrists that you have to watch out for.

As a centrist I can just tell you lefties and you righties that you're both equally annoying with how every single thread becomes an argument between you two (groups).

I, for one, am all for more guilt on both sides. Maybe we'll actually be shamed into a rudimentary attempt at thinking and learning from each other, rather than using our fellow forum boarders as ideological masturbation aides.

 Like that'd happen!

"No learning has ever taken place on an internet forum."

I actually spend more time these days arguing with centre-leftists than with right-wingers, so I honestly have no idea.

Maybe less time should be spent on arguing and more time spent on building towers of mishmash amalgamated thought? Even if you toss the resultant ideas the second you mentally step outside the thread you have to try new things on to see if they fit.

Oh, and IdiotsOpposite: If centrists are dirty cross-dressers then any available pictures? :mischief:

Sorry, but you're going to have to wait another month for the next anime convention. I'll have plenty of good pictures then. :mischief:

Oh my, didn't realize you had already sent photos to holy king. The color really brings out your, erm, hair.

What's that leave, you and Snooki to repopulate? :D

They're doing a really bad job of it.

As a slightly-left-of-center moderate, the issue for me is far more one of authoritarianism and and the use of deceptive tactics. For instance, Dr. Ron Paul doesn't really bother me much at all, even though he is further to the right than nearly anybody is, much less anybody in this forum. While I disagree with him on many issues, I am sure I could have the same sort of rational discussions with him as I had with VRCW in the past.

Passive agressive?

I hardly think my efforts to spur the various States to acquire nuclear weapons to counter Federal tyranny is passive.

I'm sure we'd both like to, but more often than not the disagreement stems from the lack of a shared framework you need for constructive discussion. It's not so much that we're not on the page as that we're reading different books altogether.

Not sure if serious...
