Are my PC specs sufficient for Civ 7?

My rig:
NVIDIA Ge Force GTX 1060 6BG

Intel Core i5-7600 CPU @ 3.50 Hz

15.93 GB RAM

My CPU and graphics card are slightly above the minimum requirements, so I think I should be ok to play the game relatively smoothly?

Sounds indeed as these should pass the minimum.
I would not worry about smooth playing, but rather about long turn times in the later game.
