Ok, so I still can't play the game (South America0, I have it pre-loaded on my comp, but when I opened Steam it is already downloading an almost 1 GB patch. Any idea what was changed and where we can see it?
Are Patch Notes live anywhere?

The game will unlock in south america...er...everywhere in the world besides north america on the 24th, not the 21st.
And the 1GB is the deluxe content, not a patch.
