[C3C] Are Stico's ancient city sets still available somewhere?

Having trouble finding Stico's city sets. Are they available anywhere?

I think I have them somewhere buried in an external hard drive. Is there an issue with me uploading them? It looks as though Stico may have taken some/all of his content down for some reason and I don't think they were ever in the downloads database.

Can anyone shed any light on this?
