If he's refering to finnished mods or scens made for Vanilla or PTW, pretty much all should run under C3C, but you'll not see most of the new features of C3C in them.

Edit: Of course, as far as scens are concerned, working in MP doesn't imply they work good in MP. Many are not balanced with that in mind.
