Are we ever getting WorldBuilder?

    Are we going to get WorldBuilder with this new expansion (so that people can mod ocean tiles, etc)?

    They had mentioned releasing an SDK kit early in the games release, and for the life of me I can't think of any mention of it since.

    I really just want to create my own maps/starts.

    It kind of seems like they just forgot about it all after the lukewarm reception it got. Every now and again I pop up the SDK just to check but no map editor ever. :*( I haven't heard anything about it either.
