Read the Start threads? Ready to jump right into this new world? Well it is time to pick your beginning residency area.

Please note that this is for Residency Registration only, to receive your home, you want the RPG forum. Residency is valid to the DG; housing is valid to the RPG (but we recommend the RPG just the same.)

That begin said, get ready to select your first Residency Registration. We recommend you take time selecting your residency; even though it is possible to build real-estate in other areas of Arentania, your first choice will likely catapult you into the world of politics that define the general area.


State of Arete Proper:

Arete:

Arete has long stood as the great centre of all politics in Arete. Arete today stands as the most heavily populated city in the known world!

Venice:

The naval-tradition city of the east coast. Venice is another beautiful city which holds commonalities to Arete Proper and Greater Edori.

Arkadia:

Arkadia is a metropolis centered in the lands of old Arete. Its many towns and Boroughs extend in both directions of its neighboring river.

Barcelona:[/B]

Some would refer to Barcelona as "The Real New Arkadia." Its natural position and proximity to Arkadia provide it with a culture of no other.

Cordoba:

A wonderful vacation area, a favorite by many Aretans. Cordoba is also the home of the Moai Statues, a greatly fretted piece of architecture.

Madrid:

Surely you have heard the tales of the holy land of Hinduism, but now is your chance to create more! Madridian culture is one of the greatest in all of New Arkadia.

Santiago:

The only east-coast city of New Arkadia. Santiago is a well build, well positioned city ripe for the taking (politically speaking, of course).

Seville:

Another beautiful New Arkadian city, but this time with a coastline distinctive to the city. The awesome landscapes and the importance to the nation makes Seville a perfect spot for anyone.

State of Ibisinia:

Kassite:

Kassite is actually one of the older Aretan cities to joined with the nation. Its past barbarian culture was quickly ended with the emergence of Arete, and has thus become a major center of Aretan politics.

Mari:

A newly emerging center of political thought. Mari homes the great Palace of Versailles, which has recently served as a second palace for the generals of the Second-Babylonian War.

New Giruvegan:

Another large center of Hinduism in Arentania. New Giruvegan and its rich hills have served as a religious influencer since its founding.

Opis:

Opis is the last of the Babylonian cities. Its cold climate is no match for its land value, which is expected to skyrocket when oil becomes a factor.

Borsippa:

One of the most recent cities to join the nation. The siege of Borsippa began the Second-Babylonian War.

Eshnunna:

Eshnunna continues a beautiful coastline that runs from Cordoba, into Kassite and Eshnunna. The city holds the more arid beaches, but is still a wonderful site to behold.

State of Greater Edori (Formerly "The Dark East"):

Edori:

Whats the first thing you think of when you think of the Aretan Army? Well it very well should be the elite Edori divisions! Edori has had a long history of military tradition and warlord-ship.

Babylon:

Babylon was once the capitol of the Empire of Babylon. It has since settled and has become a link between the two cultures that inhabit Greater Edori.

Blastoid:

A great history of exploration, expansion, and warfare lies within the city of Blastoid. Named after the founder of the Blastoid desert, the city has much to be discovered yet.

Seidrik:

A well-balanced city named after the great king Seidrik the Grey.

Vandal Valley:

Named after the rebellion of Vandal the Burning after the 3rd Aretan Revolution, Vandal Valley today stands as a nice, transitional outpost from Arete Proper and Greater Edori.

Warfire:

Named after the First Babylonian war and King Dutchfire, Warfire stands today as a city rich with a balanced economy.

Port Civius:

Port Civius is the first official colony of The Aretan Kingdom. Its proximity to other nations may prove to be vital in international trade.
