created an album on imgur, where gifting units to city state zurich for 20 influence gives nothing back, after arsenal of democracy in the freedom policy was selected

possible bug? this is post patch and the game was the venice game for gotm 71

tried on multiple city states with same result, also waiting a turn for the lancer to show up does not change the influence amount

It should take 3 turns for the lancer to show up at the CS, when you should then get your influence.
