That list of Japanese buildings makes me very giddy! And to see my request, the sushi-ya there makes me even more excited. But hell, all of those buildings will be useful in my scenario. If it weren't for you Ogedei, my scenario would suck major...*cough*...ahem.

Awesome to see you've also put the feudal Japanese city set on your things to do. I am eternally indebted to you good sir.

The current Indian building looks excellent so far. I'll comment further once it's done (for the moment, I couldn't think of any suggestions on how to improve it ;)).

Anything I can add on the building or would you all say this counts as just about done? :)

I didn't include the two towers in the citrasala pics that Blue Monkey posted up for the simple reason that adding them would be too much for a puny 128x128 pic (and shrinking the main gallery building would make it too blurred).

Also, another building in the works - the elephant stables:

    It looks just fine, IMHO.

Between making 2 styles of domes and doing all the false entrances/alcoves in the example pictures you're going to invest a lot of work in that elephant stable!

Thanks for working on the elephant stables. My puny stand-in effort really needs replacing and your version looks good so far :) .

I think it definitely looks like a finished product. Great detail and exquisite architecture, just the way it needs to be. And the new elephant stable looks equally good!

Elephant stables complete. Now you'll have a place to park the family elephant. ;)

That looks excellent! It turned out really good, and the detail is uncanny...seeing all these Indian buildings being made tempts me to make an Indian scenario or mod myself. Then again, I'll leave that to someone else and focus on my Japanese scenarios instead. :crazyeye:

I think I'll finish up the Indian buildings on the list before I get to work on the East Asian ones. Do you have any pics of a caravnserai and Harappan granary? I could get this all done as early as Tuesday night (Korea time, of course). :)

Blue Monkey's the man to see about references. Thank-you for doing the Indian buildings early; it means that they can go into the massive patch destined for midweek!

I've just been in a Civ3 mood as of late. You can thank Swoggy's "Far Horizons" mod for that. ;)
