With the installation of G&K the Aspyr Civ V folder is back in ~/Documents. This happened in Civ V as well but rickb made a change that allowed users to move it into the App support folder, see the thread below:

Before I start messing with files is this likely to require input from Aspyr or will a similar change to com.aspyr.civ5xp.steam.plist yield the desired result?
