Okay so i read somewhere that it would appear when someone researches Astronomy, so I researched it, still nothing? Now its 1521, ive started the reformation (And gone against it) as Spain and ive 20 years to complete my Colonial UHV. When can I expect this resource?!

I had a similar issue. Its 1512, I just researched Astronomy as Genoa, and I conquered Tanja to take the straits of Gibraltar expecting to see AA, but its not there.

In Beta 10, AA is bugged. Just open the World Builder and add some AA near England, France, Spain, Portugal and the Gibraltar straights.

Things will be fixed for Beta 11.

You just have to edit two lines of code.
