I was playing this mod and I noticed that it's using Civilization attitude names (friendly, pleased, etc). I think it'd be cool if it used the Alpha Centauri attitudes, like Magnanimous, Seething, etc. Any thoughts on this?
I don't really care either way. If you start a poll on the subject, I'll follow whatever the results are.
What do you guys think about renaming difficulty levels btw? On one hand it would add to the SMAC atmosphere; on the other hand it's harder to know which level you should pick to get the same difficulty as in unmodded Civ4...

I would like to see this for atmospheric reasons as well.

I'm fine with that too, but if we do that, we should also think about the inner workings of the difficulty levels (otherwise we might create complete confusion - people can no longer easily rate how difficult a level is civ-wise because of the SMAC names [and the reduction of levels to 6, if we want to go so far with it], but refering to the latter will not work as well, because the levels have completely different effects). We should consider what parts the mod they should affect (of course Economic AI boni, but what about native life or diplomatic behaviour?) and see what fits of the current parameters for Planetfall.
