Hello all, not sure if it is a bug or not, and I know some others have brought it up but I cant find a good answer...
anyway..mulitplayer game..two of us in a war against AI...naval battle in my friends waters...all of a sudden at the end of each turn we both start losing perfectly healthy ships to attrition...
no combat was occurring when this happened...
fllet size was not growing when this happened either..
any ideas?
