I had some problems with the installation too. I changed it and the game is fine. After installing the patch now I come up with another silly problem...
the audio is extremly speed up...
that it makes the game pretty funny but after hours it seems you are playing with silly mouses you know???
strange... in the game movie introduction and before (when the 2k logo appears) its all fine the problem begin in the main menù screen and never end...
does anybody (AGAIN!) know how to come up with this problem???
