I don't know if this has been posted already. For some reason australia speaks a different language for me, i don't know what one but maybe Spanish heres a quote when they don't wanna be my friend "espero que voce entenda..."

It's Portuguese, and all of the DLC civs seem to suffer from this bug on reloaded games. Poland does this almost every game, super annoying to the point of I almost intentionally take AI Poland and Australia out of the game if I'm not playing as them myself. They really need to fix this bug.
