Automatic production

My towns making all the time new units and buildings. How I stop this??

You could manually go to the desired town and choose what you want to build. Or you could choose not to build anything but gold(wealth).

I know how to build manually, but if I finish my buildings then towns build automatic. How I stop this? Sorry this stupid question

In your Preferences, check the box for "Ask for build orders for new construction".
