I've made a Babylonian civ with 'Historical units'. In the first two ages, they are the Babylonians, in the Medieval ages, they're the Abbasid Caliphate. In the Renaissance, they are occupied by the Ottoman Empire. Afterward, they're the Republic of Iraq. Of course, if one wants a more Babylonian Babylon, I'm sure Varietas Delactate can help you there. I haven't changed UUs or UBs.
