Barbarian Embassies

If a barbarian ever captures one of your cities and you have a diplomat handy, establish an embassy with them before blasting them to smithereens. It expires as soon as you exit it, and you can't recall the info. It's good fun though. You can see their city list and find out their leader's name before you ransom him. It looks odd with no technologies where there normally are.

Better to just bribe the city back. Then you know that he has no techs, no cities, and the leader's name is Toast!
