"Barbarism" guy looks like Fat Bastard

Am I the only one who thinks that the guy in the picture for the Barbarism civic looks like Fat Bastard from Austin Powers?

He doesn't look that much like a barbarian. More like a fat merchant. Should be an economic civic

I agree that he looks like a fat merchant. With the gold, the belly, the chubby face, he looks well fed. A barbarian would not be well fed.

That's a legal system civic--its description says "the strong take what they want from the weak". It may be that he's fat & well-fed because he takes food away from his starving peasant subjects.
