Barracks Query

Can anyone tell me if the barracks heal units to full health like in Civ.II, or do they just build veteran units. I've played but can't tell.

They heal to full health in a single round. Won't work for naval units, though.

A coastal fortress heals naval unit's doesn't it?

Thanks Ragnar. I noticed when attacking a city, some units go from red to green in one turn; but I never noticed when they attack me. I bow to your God-like wisdom
