I just found this super-useful video accidentally:

  • The bug is that when you add more nations before starting a new game, the newly added ones get easy or even the easiest difficulty levels, not the one you currently set (for example hard).

I'll delete this thread once the bug is fixed.

EDIT: seems to be fixed with 1.1

I personally found another bug (or rather something that should be tweaked): it seems to be that when you queue up items to craft but with a fixed amount (let's say 5 wines, and not the "infinite" option), you won't always get a notification (or you accidentally skipped it) that your crafter is idle once those items have been crafted, so they won't do anything. On the "Manage your Crafting Queues" you can fortunately check if you have idle crafters, but a reappearing notification would be quite helpful.

Fortunately it's also easy to "fix": have an item always queued up (with infinite) for your crafters :)

PS: Overall, I think the game has a decently polished starting state, other than these and a couple UI bugs I haven't encountered anything major (yet :) )

Btw, the save file information always show the file being on Viscount difficulty. For my second game I chose Grand Duke, yet the save file claims it to be Viscount, although by the flow of the game I can certainly say the difficulty is probably Grand Duke indeed.

I've also noticed it, and just exactly as you said: I think it's only a visual bug, the AI feels quite strong even after reloads :)
