"Beauty in Numbers" Quest Reward?

While playing Civilization 7, I have noticed that from time to time a narrative event will start what I am calling (for lack of knowing a better/correct term) a side quest. For example, "Beauty in Numbers - Have a Quarter with an Academy and an Amphitheater". I have also noticed that the game doesn't seem to tell me what (if any) reward I get when I fulfill the objectives of these quests.

Do any of you know what the rewards are, or how to find out what they are?

Typically mousing over the option tells you the reward.

You should get a narrative events once you fulfill the quest.
