Beginners guide?

I really habe problems to get into this mod.
When i get my second City it suffers from "we are far away from Our capitol" and often this causes riots and revolt.
The AI is setting all around the map, has often 6 cities and i have to Focus All my work on Holding my two or Three cities.
And i didnt settle far away. There are 3 tiles between my capitol and my second City and that cause 2 unhapoiness?

So is there a guide anywhere or some Main Information to get a feeling how to play this mod?

try playing a charismatic leader cause they have happy bonuses just until you get the hang of managing happiness. If you upload a saved game at turn 1 I'll show you how I'd play the first 200 turns.

I cancelled the last game and started a new one.
That was better but nevertheless here is the savegame.
Looking forward how you would play the first 200 rounds.
