Best mods/maps for multiplayer?

So, I mostly play multiplayer (with my friends).
And I was wondering what the best mods and maps are for multiplayer.

We used to play with NQ EUI, NQ War Mod and NQ Maps pack, but we're curious what more there is.

For the UI we want to switch to CQUI (of course). But we were wondering what other options there are, what is popular among multiplayer players?

The most important thing for us is decent balance.
FWIW, we all own all DLC (incl Indonesia).
