From IMDB, by user score.

Which is your favorite? What's overrated/underrated? Could a movie be selected as best without making a forum game out of it?

My top 4 (from the list)

The Terminator
Das Boot
Blade Runner
Die Hard

edit: I forgot Blade runner, so I'll change it to my top 4

In no particular order, my 4 favourites from that list:
Das Boot
Amadeus
Gandhi
Blade Runner

List missing some classics like Gymkata, Xanadu, Flash Gordon, Howard the Duck, and the other half of the Stallone's repertoire.

Miyazaki represent!

"Flash Gordon?", I thought. "Too early," says I, to myself.

But, on checking, it's dated 1980.

Stallone you can keep. (Though this ofc is only my opinion, and means nothing.)

It's a stretch--all the movies I mentioned regularly appear the worst movies of the 1980's lists. Except for Flash Gordon, but I thought it was pretty bad.
