Best Song Ever?

Every song eventually becomes not-so-great as we play it time after time ( cause we like it ) .

But , there are songs that are good whenever we hear them .

I , personally , like " He's my brother " by Hollies very much .

I used to like " American Pie" but since Madonna released her version of the song , I can't hear it anymore , because Madonna's version is humming in my head

Simon and Garfunkel? "Best song ever"? Not in my opinion

If you're talking about sheer musical achievement though maybe Pink Floyd deserves the title [for "Wish You Were Here" and/or "Dark Side of the Moon"].
