Unfortunately not : ( At least not that I have encountered.

I like mixing a science focused civilization with a cultural one since you give your teammate a eureka or inspiration each time you finish a technology or civic (respectively).

Exactly. Although The Netherlands is not overtly cultural, it has been working well enough for us so far.
