[BETA] Graphical issues + Trade route issues

A few issues first off the graphical issues some areas on the map randomly turn to a pure black blotch on the terrain in normal mode. As well as mountains looking like flat desert or forest grassland. And the bigger issue of I can build trade caravans and boats yet I can't actually send them anywhere not to city-states, not to civs, not even to my own cities! And I know it isn't a range issue considering my city Krakow is only four tiles away from the Assyrian city of Nineveh.

Notes this is on low graphics except leaderscreens this DX 10&11 and there are mods activated there has been no glitches before this patch with these mods nor any of them are graphical mods or any mods that include trade I have tried this also with no mods same problems persist.

For the trade route issue, could you please attach a save demonstrating the problem? Thanks much!

I have tried with no mods and the graphical issue is still going with black blotches but the trade route issue may only be mods I apologize when I wrote my original statement but if you still need a save I have one with mods one without but I do not know how to attach a save and if you need the save you have to write step by step because I don't know how to attach a save I apologize again.

Below the reply box, click 'Go Advanced'. Then scroll down until you see 'Manage Attachments'. Click on that and then 'Choose File'. Select the saved file from your saved file folder (mine is located at C:\Users\Name\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\Saves), and then click on 'Upload'. Once the file has uploaded, 'Submit Reply'.

When I continued my current game after the patch (not Beta Version) all of my trade options for caravans were blank I cannot initiate another trade route. I tried a newgame and got to my first caravan and same issue arose. the file is attached of that save. other civs can trade with me and their caravans show up on the hot box window. but not on the new detailed trade window. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

done the tedious job of testing some mods and these are the ones i found not to work
-city state diplomacy
-city state pact
-28,34 or 43 civs
-world congress 2

This thread don't report mods do that for the threads based on those mods because firaxis doesn't fix mods the modders who made them do.

Part of figuring out why a bug exists is determining whether a mod or mod conflict may be to blame, and if so, which mod or mods.

i thought these mods pertained to the subject title of this thread. They are what is causing the trade route issues.
