[BETA SDK] Wrong CvUnitClasses.cpp

The CvUnitClasses.cpp file in the beta sdk has no mention of the new columns PurchaseOnly and MoveAfterPurchase - resulting in Landskechts being built anyone - player without corresponding policy, majors, minors and the barbarians
