Better AI Diplomacy

    Main Changes


    • The AI is now a little bit more aggressive and is less willing to accept Peace Treaties.
    • This mod allows Defensive Pacts early in the game when you have the Foreign Trade Civic to help the AI defend themselves better against warmongers. Joint Wars can only be declared in the late game, once you get the Mobilization Civic.
      The AI will only accept Defensive Pacts if they have a friendly opinion of you.
    • The AI will make less Delegation and Embassy offers to Civilizations they do not like too much, so they can save their money for more important things.
    • The minimum turns for wars and peace treaties is 15 turns (instead of 10 turns) on standard speed. Due to my experience in many cases the winner of a war is decided after 15 turns. So if the AI is about to win, it will not make peace too early.

    This mod is supposed to be compatible with AI+. I just created this mod, because I thought that the AI diplomacy is very important and it needs some further improvements.
    Please note that it is quite hard to modify the AI. So this is my first try.
