Better Scythian City Names - Better city names for Scythia.

This mod replaces all of the Russian/Eastern European toponyms used as city names for Scythia with actual settlements. Aside from the few attested Scythian settlement names, the rest of the cities in this list come from Sakastan, the Indo-Scythian empires, and a few cities briefly mentioned by Greek historians. I had enough material to completely avoid making up cities from the names of rivers, tribes, etc.
