You can get luxuries and great works for 1 gpt by offering 1 gpt less than the civilization is willing to trade them for then clicking the button the even out the deal. The ai then sets the gpt to the additional gpt they want instead of adding it. Could be as simple as replacing a = with +=. Patch 1.0.23
