I just started getting this big screen filling ad pictured below, get Telefragged to zap it, fast!

I just started getting this big screen filling ad pictured below, get Telefragged to zap it, fast!

I got something like that and I am using Firefox

I'm using IE here.

Anyways, I saw it a couple times in a short burst, but haven't seen it again, yet. It's possible that it was happening on other sites and Telefragged pulled it from thier server.

edit: I guess Telefragged zapped it, I'm not seeing it anymore.
