I've re-installed a crapload of times, still no luck. Help? Please?

Yes I am :B My old disks are trashed, so this isn't a legit copy I'm using

I've tried all the workarounds I could find & nothing is working, so I'll just buy a new copy. But my Silent Hill 2, which is legitimate, is getting the same errors. Any idea why?
