"It was one of the safest places in the universe, because everyone knew how vital the city was to the well being of so many other lands. The goods it traded were desperately needed elsewhere and the energy produced by the power plants was so great it could be funneled to other cities at no cost to Metru Nui."
— Narrator, Legacy of Evil

Metru Nuii, also known as the City of Legends, was the most significant location of the Matoran Universe. The island city functioned as the brain of the Great Spirit, and the work of the Matoran there was vital in keeping the universe active. It was highly coveted by several factions, including the Brotherhood of Makuta and the Dark Hunters, because of its strategic significance to the universe as a whole. Metru Nui is the northernmost region of the entire Matoran Universe, being located in the head of the Great Spirit, and is the only island in its dome.
The name Metru Nui means "Great City" in the Matoran language.

The six Metrus from the second island of Bionicle lead by the Metru's toa.
These are based off of the 2004 Bionicle Line.

How to Install the Game

1. Hit "Subscribe" above.
2. Launch Civ 5. You should see a download start.
3. If the mod appeared in your Mods list, you're good to go! Otherwise, you've encountered a known bug with Steam. To solve this:
4. Go to Your "My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/MODS" folder. There should be a .civ5mod file there, and also maybe an empty folder.
5. Using 7zip, winrar or another similar program, extract the contents of the .civ5mod file to My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/MODS/<name of this mod, should be the same as the name of the .civ5mod archive>
6. The mod should now load into in your mod list. Delete the .civ5mod archive.

This is the first mod I've ever made so if you have feedback, suggestions, improvements, pro tips, please let me know. I plan to update the mod and add a few more things like the Vahki as a new unit, a map and scenario of Metru Nui, possibly more religions. I also have ideas for Bohrok, Makuta/Rahkshi, and Brotherhood of Makuta civs depending on how popular civ 5 stays. Either way, please enjoy the mod and let me know what you think!
