Black flags?

I'm trying to modify the Earth18Civs map with Warlords, removing some civs and replacing them with the civs introduced in Warlords. I added the Carthaginians and Celts, and there were no problems. When I added the Viking & Zulus, their flags showed up black. I copied the info for those civs straight from another WorldBuilder file.

I also just noticed that the icons don't show up on the flags. Is it a path issue? I added them in the Warlords version of WorldBuilder.

You have to make sure that your Flag use only white... You can use Gimp to chance the channel from RGB to B/W...and back to RGB...
Save the File as dds, compression 3...
