I just got Civ4: Beyond the Sword, and after playing it for a bit, I installed a patch that upgraded me to version 3.17 or 3.19-I forget. Anyway, a little bit after I installed that patch, my minimap in the bottom right hand corner started getting funky. After 3 or 4 turns, a black spot would suddenly appear. At first I was able to ignore it, but it came to a point where I would have ships out exploring, and couldn't see what they found, or if I could, I couldn't see much. Sure, I could just scroll over to them, but that gets to be a pain. This isn't like the black terrain glitch-there's nothing wrong with the game view-it's just the minimap on the bottom right. I attatched a screenshot so you can see what I'm talking about. Anyone know what to do? I'm on a Dell desktop with Windows XP SP2, with 512 MB of RAM, and a 2.66 ghz Prossesor.
