I thought the movie was done tastefully, and yes, theres alot of "Hollywood" in it too. But it did justice to the people who fought there, and died there.

I also found it interesting to see things in the movie I saw firsthand and/or heard about from others. On the other hand, Im still troubled from watching it, a week later. My heart was pounding for the first 45 minutes.

I also saw the History Channel special on Sunday night. A good show, they let the actual veterans tell the story.

I wont tell you to go see it, gjts, if you dont desire to. It has left me feeling torn inside out this whole week, but my girlfriend and my parents wanted to go. They wanted to try to understand what it was like for me to be there.

In my mind, its a good thing overall. I want Americans to know what happened there. To be proud. To remember.
