'Blitz' and 'Snail' game speeds?

Hello. I was looking forward to playing a Gigantic map on snail speed with this mod, but unfortunately when selecting the game speed, there is no Snail option (or Blitz for that matter). I installed everything the way the read-me told me to, and everything else seems to be working fine.

I searched for other threads descibing the same problem, but no such luck.

I've installed ROM 2.63, and I also have the BTS 3.17 patch installed.

Does anybody know what the problem could be?

You'll find Snail and Blitz options under the custom game screen.
